1. Introduction
   This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&C) applicable to all individuals registering for an FCNE 2025 soccer tour. By registering, participants agree to abide by these terms.

2. Registration

   • All interested participants must complete the registration process by providing accurate and truthful information.

   • FCNE reserves the right to terminate a participant’s eligibility for the tour if any falsified or inaccurate information is provided.

3. Pricing and Payments

   • The tour cost varies based on factors such as group size, accommodations, and transportation.

   • Participants will be informed of the final tour cost upon completion of registration.

   • Payment schedules will be communicated, and participants are required to adhere to these deadlines.

   • Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties as specified in the payment schedule.

4. Accommodations

   • The tour price is based on triple room occupancy unless otherwise specified.

   • Room upgrades are available upon request for an additional cost, subject to availability.

5. Airfare and Transportation

   • Airfare to and from the tour location is not included in the tour cost.

   • Transportation to and from the accommodations outside of the specified travel days is not included in the tour cost.

   • FCNE recommends booking flights through our approved airfare partner. Participants must adhere to the terms and conditions of this provider and individual airline policies.

   • Participants should not book flights until instructed to do so by FCNE.

   • Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the tour’s starting point and ensuring timely arrival.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Cancellation policies apply once registration is complete. Specific conditions for partial or full refunds will be communicated during registration.

     • Deposits are non-refundable.

     • Cancellations after January 1st, 2025 incur a $500 penalty per traveler.

     • Cancellations after February 1st, 2025 incur a $1,000 penalty per traveler.

     • Cancellations after March 1st, 2025 incur a $1,500 penalty per traveler.

     • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 15th, 2025.

   • Refunds are not provided for missed events, late arrivals, or voluntary withdrawals from the tour.

7. Insurance

   • Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

   • FCNE is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or illness experienced during the tour.

8. Code of Conduct

   • Participants must exhibit respectful and responsible behavior throughout the tour.

   • Any misconduct or behavior deemed inappropriate by FCNE can result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • FCNE is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence by FCNE.

10. Force Majeure

    • FCNE is not responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

    • Any disputes arising from these T&C or related to the FCNE 2025 soccer tour will be governed by the laws of the region where FCNE operates.

    • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before seeking formal legal action.

12. Changes to T&C

    • FCNE reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice.

    • Registered participants will be notified of any changes to the T&C.

13. Traveling with Minors

    • Players are required to travel with an adult (parent, guardian, or designated chaperone) who is responsible for their supervision throughout the tour. Players wishing to travel unaccompanied must reach out to their FCNE Director for approval.

14. Agreement

    • By registering for an FCNE 2025 soccer tour, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
