Introduction

• This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&C) applicable to all individuals registering for FCNE’s 2026 EuroPlay Experience to Holland and Germany. By registering, all participants and their guardians agree to abide by the terms below.

Registration

• All participants must complete the registration process with accurate and truthful information.

• FCNE reserves the right to cancel a registration or deny participation if any false or misleading information is provided.

Pricing and Payments

• The total cost of the trip is based on group size, accommodation types, and logistics.

• Final pricing will be shared at the time of registration and may be subject to change based on final group size or availability.

• A detailed payment schedule will be communicated; all deadlines must be met.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in loss of your place on the trip.

Accommodations

• Pricing is based on triple occupancy unless otherwise specified.

• Room upgrades (e.g., double or single occupancy) are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Airfare and Ground Transportation

• Airfare is not included in the listed trip cost.

• FCNE will provide access to a recommended third-party travel provider for booking flights.

• Participants must follow booking instructions and should not book flights until directed by FCNE.

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the tour’s departure airport.

• Ground transportation during the tour on scheduled dates is included; transportation outside of the itinerary is not.

Cancellations and Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellation penalties are as follows:

  • Cancellations after January 1, 2026: $500 penalty per traveler

  • After February 1, 2026: $1,000 penalty per traveler

  • After March 1, 2026: $1,500 penalty per traveler

  • After April 15, 2026: No refund available

• No refunds are offered for late arrivals, early departures, or missed events.

Insurance

• We strongly recommend that participants secure comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

• FCNE is not responsible for lost baggage, medical expenses, flight delays, or other personal losses during the trip.

Participant Conduct

• All travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the trip.

• FCNE reserves the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct or behavior deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided.

Liability

• FCNE is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence.

• Participants and their guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of international travel.

Force Majeure

• FCNE is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest).

Legal and Disputes

• Any disputes related to the trip or these terms will be governed by the laws of the state in which FCNE operates.

• Disputes will first be handled through arbitration before any legal action is pursued.

Changes to Terms

• FCNE reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant updates.

Traveling with Minors

• All players must travel with a responsible adult (parent, guardian, or approved chaperone).

• If a player wishes to travel unaccompanied, they must request and receive written approval from their FCNE Director.

Agreement

• By registering for FCNE’s 2026 EuroPlay Experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
